Single Sign on Facility: Bank Employees now login to OCAS by using their ADS user ID and password. They need to select user type as "Bank User". The user may login to OCAS on intranet as well as internet with ADS credentials.

Separate login for Contact Centre, Sales Partners & SSL Users: User from these groups are advised to select correct user type from drop down menu at login page and login with their existing ID and password. SSL users should use "SSL" followed by existing ID.

Customer facing Mobile APP "SBI LOANS": Mobile Application for customers for availing Home loans with variants, Basic Home Loan, SBI Realty, SBI Flexi Pay Loan, NRI Home loans, Home Loan Top up, Xpress Credit and Xpress Credit Top up. The Mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play store by searching with key word "SBI Loan"

Escalation Dashboard Export functionality: Controllers of Circle/Network/Module/RBOs are now facilitated with Export functionality, with summary of escalated tasks of lead status for effective follow-up in respect of Home Loans, Auto Loans, Personal Loans and Education Loans
